Refund Policy

AI Video Director sells access to digital AI-generation tools and credits. Because generated digital work can be delivered immediately, refund eligibility depends on the status of credits and generation tasks.

Unused credits

If you purchased credits by mistake and have not used them, contact support within 14 days. We will review the request and may issue a refund when the credits are unused and the payment is eligible.

Used credits

Credits are generally non-refundable once they are spent on a completed generation task. This is because the service consumes digital processing resources to create the requested result.

Technical failures

If a generation fails because of a technical issue, the system may automatically return credits. If this does not happen, contact support with your account email and generation details.

Subscriptions and recurring payments

If subscriptions are offered, cancellation stops future renewals. Already delivered credits or completed generation tasks are not automatically refunded unless required by law or approved after review.

How to request a refund

Email support@aivideodirector.ru with your account email, order date, payment amount and reason for the request. We will review the request and respond as soon as possible.
