By using AI Video Director, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Service description
AI Video Director provides software tools that help users create AI-assisted video content from text prompts, scripts and uploaded references. The service may include credits, dashboards, generation history, downloads and support tools.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to create, upload, request or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful, deceptive, infringing, non-consensual or otherwise prohibited content. You must not attempt to overload, reverse engineer, bypass security controls or abuse the service.
User content and rights
You are responsible for the prompts, images, brand materials and other content you upload. You confirm that you have the rights needed to use uploaded content and to publish generated results.
AI-generated results
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected or different from the prompt. Users should review all results before publication or commercial use.
Credits and payments
Credits are used to run generation tasks. The number of credits required can depend on task type, duration, quality settings and available features. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy or another listed payment provider.
Refunds
Refund rules are described in the Refund Policy. Used credits and completed digital generation tasks are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by support after review.
Suspension
We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these terms, create abuse risk, attempt fraud or endanger the service.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, third-party platform decisions or misuse of generated materials.
